Yes. A formal application process is in place. Unlike traditional neighborhoods, each resident is required to submit an application prior to approval.
All manufactured homes are owned by their respective residents and are required to be new homes. While homeowners are allowed to purchase a variety homes within our guidelines that best suit their family, all homes will all be required to be skirted, decked, and connected to full utilities.
Multiple manufacturers are eligible within our communities provided they meet all current federal, state, and local code requirements. Residents must abide by our rules and regulations to maintain lawns, gardens, and clutter-free environments in-and-around their parcels at all times.
A set of Rules, Covenants, and Restrictions exist within each manufactured home community. These restrictions serve in essence as “deed restrictions.” Our management professionals ensure that all rules, covenants, and restrictions are being followed at any given time in an effort to provide a safe and enjoyable community for all.
Yes. Our residents maintain their own lawns and gardens. Community and common areas are maintained by community management to our ensure our mobile home communities continuously offer the best resort style living for our residents.
Each manufactured home has two off street parking spots with ample visitor spots for use. No on-street parking is allowed. Visitor spots must be coordinated with a visitor pass to ensure everyone has an opportunity to maintain visitors as needed.
Yes, we are a pet friendly mobile home community! Pets must be registered with our office, current on all rabies vaccinations, and must not be of any violent breeds. A list of prohibited breeds can be found within our rules and regulations.
Yes. Noise must be controlled after 10:00PM.
